Wellness Day is upon us! And while the weather may have tried to damped our spirits a bit… Plan B was formulated, and the event will continue! So make sure to pop by the Student Centre, between 09:00 – 15:00 TODAY!

Now, if you are like some us, and have to try to move away or closer to a screen to read the little letters that form words… Fear not! The day (and our eyes) are saved! One of the contributors of the day, the Thariza van Rensburg Optometrists, will be attending the Wellness Day. Not only will you be able to have your eyes screened, BUT you may also stand a chance to win an awesome hamper AND a free eye test in a lucky draw!

So not only do you get to check your health status, get tips on how to look after yourself, get a few tests done for peace of mind, BUT there may be chances of prizes?!

Are you?
